How fast can I expect an approval for app only?

Once we have all the paperwork and information is complete, most approvals will be communicated within 8 hrs.  The time of the day the application is received will play a part as to whether you receive it the same day.

How do I know if I submitted the right paperwork?

Working closely with someone at Wheelhouse will help the submittal process and ensure a timely response.  In general, all deals will require a completed credit application and buyers order to start with.  In many circumstances for a truck, bank statements/tax returns can expedite the process if provided from the beginning.   If you are submitting for a larger loan that is in another industry other than transportation, you likely will have to submit full financials.

What do you base the decision upon?

We use several methods when evaluating an applicant's credit worthiness.  Credit scores and general credit history are important, however, we also take pride in using a practical approach that will consider the deal as a whole.

Our underwriting hours are from Monday-Friday, from 9:00 am to 6 pm EST.
